How a TraveloAI Umrah plan works
Every Umrah is different, so we build your plan around your family, dates and budget. Fill in the short form below with the number of travellers, your departure city, how many nights you would like in Makkah and Madinah, and your preferences for hotels and transport. Our team checks availability and contacts you within 1–2 business days by phone, WhatsApp or email with options for flights, hotels near the Haram, private transport and visa support.
There is no payment and no obligation when you send a request — you decide only after you have seen the options.
When is the best time for Umrah?
November to February offers the most comfortable weather in Makkah and Madinah, with daytime temperatures around 25–30 °C. Ramadan — especially the last ten nights — is the most rewarding and also the busiest and most expensive time, so plan and book early. Umrah pauses for international visitors around the Hajj season, and school holidays in Pakistan and the Gulf also raise prices.
Hotels: why distance from the Haram matters
Hotels within about 300 metres of the Masjid al-Haram or Al-Masjid an-Nabawi let you walk to every prayer in a few minutes — ideal for elderly travellers and families with children, but the most expensive. Hotels 300–800 metres away are a comfortable walk and offer better value, while hotels further out are cheaper and usually run shuttle buses. Tell us what matters most and we will balance comfort and budget.
Transport between Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah
Most pilgrims fly into Jeddah and travel about 90 minutes to Makkah. Private cars and family vans (GMC) are the most comfortable door-to-door option; groups often prefer a Hiace or coaster. The Haramain high-speed train links Jeddah airport, Makkah and Madinah — Makkah to Madinah takes about 2 hours 15 minutes, far quicker than the 5–6 hour road journey. We can arrange all legs, including ziyarat tours in both cities.

Umrah questions
How many nights should I spend in Makkah and Madinah?
Most pilgrims spend 4–5 nights in Makkah and 3–4 nights in Madinah. A 10–14 day trip allows a relaxed pace with ziyarat in both cities.
Do Pakistani citizens need a visa for Umrah?
Yes. Pakistani passport holders travel on an Umrah visa arranged through an authorised agent. We can help with the visa as part of your plan.
How soon will you contact me?
Within 1–2 business days of your request, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
When is Umrah not possible?
Saudi Arabia pauses Umrah for international pilgrims during the Hajj season — roughly from 1 Shawwal until 15 Dhul Hijjah on the Islamic calendar. Our forms only offer dates outside this pause, for the current month and the next three months; we confirm final dates with you.
Is there any cost to send a request?
No. Sending a request is free and without obligation.
