This policy explains what information TraveloAI collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Email address (for account verification), search queries, and basic usage data needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.

How we use it

To provide search results, manage your free/paid search credits, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Trip requests, saved details and birthday greetings

When you send a trip request we keep: traveller names, dates of birth and nationality; your contact name, email and phone; the flights, preferences and price you chose. We use this to contact you about your booking. Dates of birth are used to send a birthday greeting on the day (day and month only).

If you tick “Save my details”, they are stored under your email so you can auto-fill your next booking after verifying your email (a 6-digit code or Google sign-in).

Passport numbers and passport expiry dates are never stored — they are used only in your browser for the booking form and cleared when you close it.

You can view or delete your saved details at any time on Manage my data, and stop birthday greetings or deals with the unsubscribe link in any email.

If you send a booking or Umrah request, we also send you a short greeting with travel ideas about every two months. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep the site working (for example your language, currency, theme and saved search). With your consent ("Accept all" in the cookie notice) we also allow partner cookies from travel partners that record bookings made through partner links. Choose "Essential only" to refuse them; you can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Third parties

We use third-party services (such as AI providers and email delivery) to operate TraveloAI. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
