Search credits

Paid search credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credit packs may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase — contact us to request one.

Provider bookings

TravelOAI does not process hotel or flight bookings directly. Any booking you complete on a provider's site (such as Booking.com or Agoda) is governed by that provider's own cancellation and refund policy, not TravelOAI's.
